Washington’s war on terror has cost some $8 trillion dollars and some 7,000 American lives, as well as thousands more maimed mentally or physically. The only significant beneficiaries appear to be U.S. defense contractors and Washington’s global rivals, especially China, who likely watched in disbelief as America wasted vast amounts of blood and treasure.

An eight trillion dollar windfall to the merchants of death. For example the current Secretary of "Defense" whose previous job was a director at Raytheon. He personally got a share od thet.
3,000 people died, which is bad, but the response was utterly moronic, as is our utterly moronic response to COVID.
We could have turned the mountains of Afghanistan into glass and went home sending a historic message...but the neocons, many here, wanted something else. We also could have let COVID run its course and not fk’d our economy over.
Americans have had it way to good for way too long, which had turned us into low testosterone snivelers who can’t handle diversity and just throw asssloads of money at everything that bothers us.
In this case, we butchered a bunch of troops and destabilized the Mideast, just to fk it all up on the exfil.
Our government has become an evil monster that needs to be stopped.
America does need a reset based upon her founding principles. Unfortunately the reset is by pure vile America hating scum who call themselves American.
And don’t forget DHS and the fortification of everything that a scummy contractor with his hand in the public till could imagine a terrorist might hit.
