A draft copy of the 2020 Maricopa County election audit has been leaked to KJZZ, a Phoenix-based radio station.
The validity of the draft report they obtained was confirmed by audit spokesman Randy Pullen, who said, “It’s not the final report, but it’s close.”
The media is already spinning the findings of the audit.
“The partisan review of Maricopa County’s 2.1 million ballots cast in the 2020 election found a vote count nearly identical to what the county had previously reported,” CNN reported. Like other liberal outlets, CNN focused on the results of the hand-recount part of the audit. As we know, hand recounts may account for slight discrepancies in counting but do not address irregularities or potentially illegally cast ballots.
So, let’s look into what the audit actually says.
“What has been found is both encouraging and alarming,” the report summary reads. “On the positive side there were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the County.”

However, while it is encouraging for voters, it does not allay all of the concerns:
- None of the various systems related to elections had numbers that would balance and agree with each other. In some cases, these differences were significant.
- There appears to be many ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.
- Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
- Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
- Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared.
- On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain‐of‐ Custody documentation

Why do these matter? Because, according to the state-certified results, Joe Biden barely won the state by a 10,457-vote margin. The tiny margin of victory in the state-certified results means that these discrepancies are very troubling. There were 42,727 impacted ballots ranked as “high” or “critical” severity—that’s four times the certified margin of victory. If you include “medium” severity discrepancies, there were 53,214 impacted ballots—more than five times the certified margin of victory. Overall, there were 57,734 impacted ballots.
These findings don’t prove fraud, but certainly demonstrate the potential for fraud. And these impacted ballots have not been vetted.
...so the hand-recount of the fake ballots match, almost identically, the original tally of the fake ballots.
We shall see what the true final report says, but this is yet another indication that good old fashioned ballot box stuffing stole this election, not hacked Dominion voting machines.

Normally, there should be an opinion about if the results are a fair reflection of the activity, or if other steps need to be taken to conclude that the reported results accurately reflect the activity and "management" claims that the reported vote totals are accurate. Findings should be used to support the conclusion, not be the end of the story.

OK, is there a law that says that a once certified election can, upon completion of a through audit, be DE-CERTIFIED?
This is what the propaganda media will focus on. They only care about the count of the fake ballots.

That actual report is not released yet. This was just a leak of a draft.
The actual report is due to be discussed and released this afternoon, in a couple of hours now.
Like LBJ did in the "Box 13" scandal in 1948.
Like JFK did in Chicago and West Virginia in 1960.
Who knows how many other times.
In those two cases, the election was stolen by the Democrats.
The GOP legislature has come this far. But there is a very slim majority and there are one or two who have definitely shown they will not support. But I am not sure who decertifies, the legislature or the Governor.
The state senate owns it, they can pass a law.

We need an organization that can set up a national voter integrity check system and that can raise tens of millions of dollars towards that national effort.
Just sitting back and somehow relying on the corrupt FBI or any other federal agency is absurd. We need a MAGA organization dedicated to this type of effort, and it needs to start now in advance of 2022 or even 2024.
I would most certainly donate to such an credible organization.
I am slightly surprised that someone like Elon Musk has not quietly created a voting system that (although nothing is ever perfect) would be extremely difficult to hack, would guarantee chain of custody, and would be perfectly auditable.
Machinery should be simple.
Software should be open source and should explicitly block anything other than additive functions based on the integer 1 (you can’t subtract votes, you can’t give partial votes). Logs should be kept so that the vote tally over time can be easily viewed (why were 5678 votes registered at precisely 5:12 PM on this machine? How is that possible?).
Additionally, recommendations should be made about Voter ID, purple fingers, and periodic purging of old voter lists.
It wouldn’t be hard.
Once a system were put out there by an entrepreneur, the current batch of politicians in each state may be reluctant to adopt the new system. And the voters in each state should ask “Why?” And political outsiders should run on a platform of “I’ll vote for that system and give you honest elections”.
