My son had it and was pretty much asymptomatic.

How old is he? Does he have any other serious illnesses (cancer, diabetes, heart disease?)

FYI - The morbidity from Covid for people under 40 without serious complicating issues is so small, its something like the risk of being struck by lightening or being mauled by a bear. Don’t worry about it.

Go to pushhealth.com and get your son a prescription for Ivermectin.

Google America's Frontline Doctors. They can get you ivermectin.

In meantime: get him on multivitamin with Vitamin D3 and zinc. Also cuercetin if you can find it. Available at Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon.

Tonic water with quinine and pepcid or generic version are also supposed to help with symptoms.

The great likelihood is that he will be fine.

His chances of a full recovery is fantastic. Hopefully not hospital needed.

Had covid around Easter. Would describe it as 3 star flu. Five days rundown, fever, and not much appetite. Day six to twelve, better but no energy. Cough set in by day ten. Worst part of experience. Should asked for prescription stuff.

No ivermectin or drugs other than aspirin for fever. Will admit my vitamin D intake for past year is more than average.

My husband took him to the ER about an hour ago per his doctor. Now I am really worried.

Good advice on here but he should be fine at his age. Three of my four siblings have had it and barely knew they had it. The youngest is 50.

Let us know how he does!

I chugged gallons of OJ! It helped a lot. The doctors in this country are awesome. They gave me remsdevir and knocked it out of me an prob. saved my life! The hard part is the aftermath and just getting oxygen! Have him sleep on his side (not his back) and get oxygen! I have a machine fotunately! No mask!

IMO the hardest part is that your brain and body are attuned to working at a certain pace...and that pace requires oxygen in your blood. COVID completely changes the formula and you have to slow down...A LOT! because you;re not getting oxygen into your blood even though your are breathing somewhat normal. It's hard!

See if you can get him Ivermectin. It works, especially if started early. Some doctors will prescribe it. There is a site which can help find one.

If not HCQ. If not get him the-over-counter equivalent, Quercetin.

Get him fresh orange juice, put in juice of 1/2 a lemon, and add some fresh grated ginger.

If you don’t have the citrus, get him vitamin C.

Give him heavy dose of D-3 and daily dose of Zinc.

If he is to the point of congestion, get him plain Mucinex (none of the varieties with things added).

If he is young, he will probably recover quickly.

Prayers going toward all of your family.
