With his companies miracle drug (vaccine) out for a little over a year, the CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, has gotten busy selling off his stock shares and then deleted his twitter account. Now that corona virus is defeated, and the twin hero companies of Moderna and Pfizer riding high, some may think this is odd behavior but maybe he just felt like his work here was done, and just wants to move on? This comes shortly after a former Blackrock executive began investigating the death statistics from insurance companies and funeral homes.
Overall, he has dumped $400 million in stock:

LOL....I was about to ask if anyone has seen, or heard from, these two since they dumped their stock/deleted social media?
It’s illegal for a CEO to sell or buy stock prior to a major announcement. This may have been the first window that he was allowed to do so.

Looking at publicly disclosed “insider trading” reports, he sells off or gifts some of his Moderna stock several times a week, and has been doing so for quite some time. I suspect stock is large majority of his compensation. Also, he didn’t “just dump $400M”. That’s the amount he has sold over the past 4 years he was CEO. Year to date, he has sold $18M of Moderna stock. ATS=Click Bait.
