TTC has seen too much of Helu, who is many more times the billionaire that Soros is, to not believe he's in the middle of the open border and SO much more bad policy that the Biden Administration is pushing. Those Obama phones were purchased from Helu, who owns TracFone.
He finances many democrats and too many republicans, like the Bush's, Cheney's and Romney's. Joe Biden's function in the Obama Administration was to meet with corrupt Oligarchs. He speaks their language.

Hunter apparently also worked through Chung to arrange meetings of foreign contacts with his father. Previous documentation revealed in public has established this fact. It is unclear on how many occasions this occurred but the documents that have surfaced make it look routine.

Carlos Slim is not just an ordinary investor in the New York Times. Twice he invested so big in the NYT that he essentially kept it from going under. So we have Jeff Bezos as owner of the propaganda rag WaPo and CarlosSlim as patron of the NYTines.
Kings, empowers, Tzars, etc also had far more money than their subjects but they did not have anywhere near the huge geographical reach of todays billionaire oligarchs like Jeff Bezos and Carlos Slim.
