This week's Golden Horseshoe is awarded to the Department of Health and Human Services for an $8 million grant to evaluate whether certain organizations are capable of distributing diapers consistently to low-income families.

$8,000,000 could buy a lot of diapers to distribute to crisis pregnancy centers, since PP offices will not be needing them.
If America is to be great again, everyone employed at HHS needs to be fired and never work in government again. They can try to figure out how to make a living in the private sector. The can start practicing by asking, “Do you want fries with that?” Maybe, just maybe, they can find a job in fast food if they are lucky. I certainly wouldn’t hire their lazy asses.
Save the $8 mil and send them all to Brandon.
Pretty sure Brandon uses taxpayer paid for diapers. I don’t see why they needed an $8M study for that.
