Leftist hacks at a National Public Radio affiliate spewed wild hyperbole at a GOP congresswoman by arbitrarily connecting her to the “nudist activist” who attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) tweeted Oct. 28 following the attack on Paul Pelosi that she wished for “a full recovery” for him “from this absolutely horrific violent attack” in his home. Pelosi was reportedly taken to a hospital where he underwent surgery to repair a skull fracture following the incident. Stefanik said the suspect, identified as David DePape, “should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
North Country Public Radio reporter Zach Hirsch quote-tweeted Stefanik just over two hours later: “some context here is needed.” Here was the extent of Hirsch’s so-called “context” on Stefanik’s condolences: Stefanik, according to Hirsh’s asinine argument, bears indirect responsibility for the attack because she verbally opposes Speaker Pelosi and her policies. Common sense be damned.

I'm confused.
Maybe this will motivate the Republicans to finally cut funding to NPR. The taxpayers should not be forced to pay for a hard left entertainment company.

People at NPR are delusional
After they collect from Uncle Sam they turn around and incessantly panhandle to the point where Howie Car calls them “National Panhandler Radio.”
I had a leatherneck widower friend (I am not a veteran) who had several disastrous but largely unavoidable financial reversals after he closed his insurance adjuster business. He did odd jobs and delivered newspapers to pay the bills. He carefully managed every penny to pay his property taxes, his son’s tuition bills, and sundry costs of living. When his old TV died, he refused to budget a replacement, not even a cheap used one from Goodwill. He read the Bible and any free books he could find. He became an old-fashioned miser. He loved military history.
When election day evening in 2016 came around, he listened to NPR because the broadcasting of election results was free. He would never dream of sending one red cent to those “leftwing SOB’s” I called him at about 12:00 on election night. Here was a guy who usually went to bed at 8:00. He was wide awake and not yet aware that Trump was truly on the brink. I told him that Wisconsin and Pennsylvania were falling into Trump’s column. NPR was dragging their feet to have to admit what was about to happen. They wanted to believe that Hitlery was going to pull it out in the end. He became almost deliriously joyful when I told him it was over. It was the last presidential election for the old leatherneck, but the best one of his life.
The point is that not everyone who listens to NPR is a liberal. The executives at public broadcasting know this but still refuse to play it straight in their reporting. That is alright because their bias manufactures a good justification for cutting them off from the public dime. Let them panhandle for all the funds they need to produce their one-sided reporting.
They have identified an object onto which to place all the blame for things wrong in the world. That object is, of course, the "non-Woke" (i.e., Republicans, conservatives, patriotic Americans...anyone who is not in their delusional "Woke World" group).
I saw on Twitter yesterday how the Woke were placing all the blame for the Paul Pelosi attack on the non-Woke. It didn't matter how irrational it was or how completely unrelated the object of their blame was to the Pelosi incident. The people in Woke World have given their individual minds over to the group. Logic and rational thinking are irrelevant.
One of the most frightening things about this kind of behavior is that those in Woke World would have no problem--zero, zilch, NONE--exterminating those they consider non-Woke.
Bottom line: don't apply reason or logic to the behavior of those in Woke World. There is none. They behave as a unit. Those inside Woke World are innocent, no matter what the crime. And those outside, the non-Woke, are guilty.
Democrats are liars. They make up their own reality. Don’t live in it.
I’ve been saying that for decades. Probably won’t happen, because it’s a Democrat propaganda outlet.
It doesn’t help that the GOP continues to say nothing.
I understand this close to the election, you want to be careful but this is getting really lame.
I too, oppose Nasty Pelosi’s policies. Guess they’ll be coming for me.
