Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh has filed the state’s first statement of election contest in the Arizona Superior Court.
Abe Hamadeh currently trails radical left Democrat Kris Mayes by just 510 votes, and there is expected to be a recount.
However, the Arizona election was an uncertifiable mess due to voters having their ballots stolen, not counted, or being prevented from voting altogether.

Organized election theft must be a capital crime
People who have been cheated out of an election victory probably have “no standing” to complain about the fraud that affected them.
The courts are no friends of the GOP, especially when the Deep State is behind the scenes threatening their lives. Not kidding.
Just how “organized”? A single person steals five ballot and submits them. Is that “organized”?
For the small fry, let’s go with ten years for every ballot falsely submitted with no possibility of parole.
Then, if we can define “organized” like RICO, capital punishment.
As Trump has found out, many GOP judges are no friends of Maga.

Given the action being taken by the AG I’d think the politics of it are better if she doesn’t file a suit. Let the AG do the dirty work.
No, if somebody on their own submits five fraudulent ballots. It should be the death penalty. It’s no different than that person seizing the government by walking in the door with an SKS. Whether or not the seize your government by violence, or by fraud, or whether they were the ones who completed the task. If they had the criminal intent to submit more than one vote that they knew was fraudulent, they should face the hangman.
The more the mess, the worse the scandal when found out.
