In yet another stunning move that barely registers as a shock anymore, New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez labeled oxygen as a so-called “dangerous greenhouse gas” in a speech delivered to a climate-change skeptics group.
“Oxygen is a very insidious gas,” said the self-described Democratic Socialist, who is surely no stranger to the radical notion. “It causes irreparable damage to our environment, with earth-poisoning properties that are only now beginning to be understood. We must take swift action in curbing its emissions and limiting the amount that individuals can encounter over their lifespans.”
Oh, I thought she was talking about

I always check the article source before reading but just like the one time you don't check the oven before turning up the heat - something's in there baking in an empty pan.
In my defense it's usually some chicken thigh skin on foil which my wife plans on crisping later. ;-)
Some must give her a speech to read. Next she will be discussing the dangers caused by dihydrogen oxide that is just like fentanyl poisoning our children and killing thousands a year from overdose around the world.

Well, oxygen is a dangerous gas.
Causes fires, rust, food spoilage, oxidations.
We need to eat a lot of antioxidants!

Well O² does oxidize, and the sun bombards earth with radiation... so there’s that.
Well, about 2.5 billion years ago, a large increase in the earth’s atmospheric oxygen killed most species living at the time, so there’s that.

AOC is right about the destructive potential of oxygen, you know. It is the second most reactive element in the Universe, and corrosive to the extreme. Only fluorine is more potent than oxygen. Other gases burst into flame in its presence, it attacks almost all metallic elements, and is a major constituent of many of the strong acids (nitric, sulfuric and phosporic). In fact, the word for “oxygen” in German is “Sauerstoff”, the element that makes the “sour” in acids.
Not an element to be trifled with. And in the presence of an electric spark, Oxygen gas (O2) is transformed into Ozone (O3), a very potent disinfectant.

This isn’t her idea or new at all... Al Gore and his religion of Global Warming has been labeling our breath as poisonous for many years. Our breath and farts are stuff of evil according to Al’s religion.
Seems the best way to abate global warming has nothing to do with electric cars, and everything to do with eliminating humanity.
Human’s and their livestock are apparently the problem. Thus the meatless burger... They want all cows eliminated from the earth. It’s not the meat they hate, it’s the breath and farts of cows, pigs and chickens that bother’s them.
It definitely got me.
I could imagine Biden going there as well.
