The pool of non-Deep Staters are either unexplainably unemployed, under-employed, or have been either during the recent past. Their resumés will always pale in comparison to those of certain others, the sparkling, shiny few, all of whom can be expected to carry the Deep State’s water.

After a point, decent people didn't even want slots in the Trump Administration because they realized that their careers would end with Trump as they'd be blacklisted for life. They also knew that the Deep State would go after them and their families and try to ruin them financially or have them put in jail. Many people who went to work for President Trump did end up in jail, complete with SWAT raids in the middle of the night.
He was forced to put in swamp creatures. People don't like to hear this but it's true.
If Trump gets elected to a third term in 2024, we will likely see a repeat of the first term. Trump will struggle to get good people in. Good people will be reluctant to come work for his Administration as they know they and their families will be targeted for destruction. Our only hope is that we have a MAGA-friendly House and Senate swept in with him should he win again in 2024.
The tepid results of the 2022 midterms does not give me high hopes that this will happen in 2024. If the American people weren't angry enough to landslide the Left out of power for once and for all in 2022, will they be in 2024?

As I look at the staffs of Presidents—Trump and Biden especially—it seems the resumes are gold plated, just like those Gold Buffaloes I see advertised on Fox News; they are plated with .0005 mil of REAL GOLD.
It seems we have a dearth of experience and talent in our country that is demonstrated by the Best and Brightest not being either.
Desantis has an awesome staff of solid conservatives in Florida. I believe he would bring many if not most of them to DC. No need to choose from the swamp.
