Former FBI agent who was in Portland during 2020 riots reveals that 'legal observers' worked with violent Antifa mobs

Two of those arrested in Atlanta after far-left extremists torched the site of a future police training center, which they call "Cop City," were members of the National Lawyers Guild. One of those attorneys, Thomas Jurgens, is an attoney with the Southern Poverty Law Center, which defended his precense as a legal observer at the site of the demostration.

Jurgens can be seen wearing the customary green hat in video from the night of the attack. He was accused of domestic terrorism and was granted $5,000 bond after his arrest.

His status as an attorney with the National Lawyers Guild as a legal observer, however, was brought into question by Kyle Seraphin, a former agent with the FBI.

"The 'legal observers' in Portland," Seraphin said, "were linked via radio to the Antifa mob and acting as countersurveillance and spotters for the Antifa security elements. This 'legal observer' faces charges for domestic terrorism, so I'm comfortable guessing the local cops saw through the veil."

Seraphin told The Post Millennial about legal observers he encountered in Portland in September 2020, when he and other FBI teams were sent to the area to assist with the massive ongoing protests in the wake of George Floyd's death in police custody on May 25 in Minnesota, Minn.

He saw firsthand legal observers working in concert with protestors, seeking to disrupt law enforcement activity. As Seraphin and his team observed a subject involved in their investigation, a woman who was identified as a legal observer began to watch them, recording their license number and acting as what Seraphin called a "spotter," what is essentially a lookout.

So agents reading FR today, I still submit you should be ashamed.

Use of an agency to intimidate and punish citizens for having a non-woke, non-Dem viewpoint is wrong. You took an oath for America, not a political party.

Step up and be a whistleblower and beg God for forgiveness.

National Lawyers Guild has been doing this for at least 8 years.

So, is “legal observer” another word for a non-combatant?

The best way to avoid trouble is don’t go to the scene of a riot. Does anyone really believe that citizens have the right to give aid to rioters, yet not be considered part of the riot? Is that in the Constitution? I don’t recall ever reading that.

They ceased to be ‘legal observers’ when they became aware of the intent to commit a crime and became outright criminals the moment they trespassed on the construction site.

So, the SPLC is actually an arm of Antifa, helping them with Domestic violence and terrorism. Can we have them shut down or raided by the FBI? Oh, wait, the FBI are directed by the SPLC on who to target as “domestic terrorists”. Can we say this isw another cog in the wheel of LW Fascism???

It’s the same thing as the US sending drones into Russia. Technically, the US didn’t attack Russia, the Drone made in Ukraine/Germany/Poland etc.

So SPLC are the “drone pilots” for the terrorists.

legal observers to an unlawful event don’t get immunity. There is no legal observer statutes. If you go into knowing there will be illegal actions you are part of the crime.

Did a drunk person write this? This is just one sentence with 3 misspellings. Can’t even blame a spelling checker here, as they are not real words.

Antifa are the direct action wing of the Democrats, though not necessarily 100% controllable.

“LEGAL OBSERVERS”....otherwise known as HELPERS!

These "observers" are the ones wearing the green hats.

The green hats need to be gang rushed and grab their backpacks and their communication devices.

Antifa follows all orders from the green hats.

Which raises the question, if AI is so smart, why does spellcheck still suck? We’ll know AI has arrived when spellcheck is seamless and doesn’t drive you nuts. That’ll be the new Turing test.

B.R. Antifa released a video in which they indicate they “marched to the (Weelaunee) forest.” Since they describe it in military terms, they have a uniform, they have an organized command structure, they have military objectives, Georgia should call up their national guard and treat them like the insurrectionist paramilitary organization that they are.

In the Rittenhouse trial it was revealed feds were there and had a drone with high-res footage - meaning they could have identified dozens of criminals burning and looting that night.

Instead, they turned over a low res version of the video (claimed the high res was lost) and turned out it helped Kyle’s case.

But....

1. Who was there launching drones and monitoring the riots?

2. Were any federal agents ‘in the crowd’?

3. Why were none of those destroying property ever charged?

All of the riots were part of a Color Revolution - deep state tools used to destabalize and overthrow governments overseas - to create a sense of unease and tension.

Some voters said they wanted, “A return to normal” by voting against Trump.

When Trump was first sworn in they said they didn’t want to accept his presidency. Before elected or sworn in Deep State was activated to destroy him. He was impeached twice over nothing.

Meanwhile, Biden’s grifts and corruption from our foreign enemies are all over the laptop, eye witnesses, business partners, and what consequences? None.

We’ve entered the Banana state of our Republic.
