There has been a flurry of recent filings submitted to the Arizona Supreme Court related to Lake v. Hobbs—the case brought by Republican candidate Kari Lake to dispute the outcome of the 2022 gubernatorial election. Tracy Beanz recently did a complete breakdown of the filings and also gave an update on the Dark to Light podcast highlighting the Chain of Custody (CoC) issues.
Once again, a topic came up in the filings that has been at issue since the original trial in December 2022. Specifically, the issue of a signed affidavit submitted into evidence by the Kari Lake legal team from a whistle-blower at Runbeck—the third-party contractor used by Maricopa County to help administer their elections.

So Elias rears his ugly demonic head in the Lake election case. He has been cited for contempt so many times that in a just world he would have been disbarred by now.

Lying and election-rigging are the jobs of Marc Elias.
Elias is a snake, every bit as nasty as Andrew Weissmann (Robert Mueller’s attack dog). In my opinion, both are big lefties who will lie, cheat, and steal to advance their leftist agendas.
Of course, it would be a wonderful victory if Kari Lake wins in court but she is just not going to.
She knows that and Hobbs knows that.
The corrupt Court system will see to that.
But winning this case is NOT essential to Kari’s eventual seating in the governor’s chair.
A well -executed Kari Lake recall of Hobbs will do that.
The recall system in Arizona is used regularly.
The rules definitely favor those bringing the recall since no particular cause must be cited.
That means no state agency can deny the application because it doesn’t like the reason for it.
The application must be filed on time and made out properly - then it is a go.
The officer holder must be in office for 6 months which means Lake’s recall of Hobbs starts on July 3, 2023. Lake needs to collect signatures of at least 25% of the votes cast in the election that put the office holder in office. That is not going to be a problem for Lake since she can get more than enough good signatures in Maricopa alone.
The Dems cannot do very much about stopping the process since sneaking in bad signatures will only help make the case Lake is making that they cheated. Flooding the ballot with rodent candidates won’t hurt Lake either since - and this is maybe the best part- the system works this way: TWO votes on election day. The first “Should Office holder be recalled? If yes, they count votes for all candidates. The winner is the person getting the most votes. PERIOD.
Lake’s people will be ready for the cheating and what she is doing is very smart.
This case is six months of pounding Hobbs and getting her people charged up.
Of course, the Democrat/communists will try to cheat but that will be harder because Lake will be ready for every cheat they try.
Lake’s strategy will be lots of Lake poll watchers to get a YES on vote one SHOULD HOBBS BE IMPEACHED?
When vote one is counted and is a go - the second one is counted: Who should be the next governor?
THERE IS NO RUNOFF!!! There is only who gets the highest number of votes wins among the lawfully nominated candidates which automatically includes Hobbs.
For the rodents, flooding the ballot with fake candidates will only lower the percentage of votes needed to win.
So theoretically if there are 100 candidates and each draws a near even number of votes Lake could win with 4% and be the new governor.
This is all applicable for the AG and Sec of State recalls as well.
Since recall is so familiar in AZ there is no problems of educating the voters and EVERYBODY knows the honest reliable signature gathers so the number of bogus signatures for Lake will be low.
Lake is running a very cleverly constructed recall and since it is not official Hobbs can’t do a thing about it because if she starts answering these attacks she loses but if she refuses to answer these attacks she loses.
The rules say 120 days to collect the needed signatures.
Then, a special election which will be well monitored by Lake.
The corrupt judges can’t really do much except wait until July 3, 2023 to announce that they find for Hobbs. At the rate Kari is pounding Hobbs that won’t be much help because the only ones who will believe the fake “sour grapes” attack on Lake will be Hobbs voters anyway.
