Republican Strategist John Thomas, the FOUNDER of the DeSantis Super PAC just went on News Nation and dropped a bomb! Thomas told News Nation that DeSantis lacks all of the qualities that make a good candidate – charm, charisma, discipline, being likeable – and he is now backing Trump.
John Thomas: I, along with a lot of grassroots supporters and major donors, said, okay, let’s draft DeSantis, encourage him to run for president, because we think he’s got the stuff.
Except there was one problem, Adrian. It’s that when Governor DeSantis did end up launching, he had a failure to launch, and he’s never recovered. And while he may be a great governor, he’s not ready for the national stage, and we don’t think that he’s ready to beat Joe Biden.
And on the flip side, Adrian, we think that Donald Trump, in spite of all of his legal challenges, has honestly run nearly a flawless effort with strategic ad spends against his opponent, DeSantis, good messaging choices that really I hadn’t seen in 2016 or 2020. So for all of those reasons, we all reversed course to get behind Donald Trump, not just because we think he’s going to be the nominee, but honestly, we think he’s the best person to beat Joe Biden in the general.

“DeSantis lacks all of the qualities that make a good candidate – charm, charisma, discipline, being likeable.” This is my impression of him too. But that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t be good, even outstanding, once in office. He may have jumped in too soon, perhaps at the urging of anyone-but-Trump supporters. He’s clearly dead in the water this time around, but is he permanently damaged?
Either Thomas set the whole thing up to fail as an op to make DeSantis look bad, or he is an incompetent amoral grifter just looking for the next grift, or both.
Support Trump, support DeSantis, support Ramaswany, support whoever you want, but for the love of all that's good in the world stop feeding the grifters any attention.
Thomas' "Ron to the Rescue" super pac was famously the one that DeSantis himself told people not to donate to and that he had no affiliation with back in November.

Wasn’t DeSantis’ PAC. The “Ron to the Rescue” PAC was without his permission. It appears some California sleazy guy raised $50 million off DeSantis’ name. Dirtbag will fit in nicely with Laura Loomer.
actually I don’t expect that 45 will ever again actually be CinC. Because it’s obvious who the deepstate is terrified of to ever again see him in the WH. They will stop at nothing now that they have perfected the art of the steal.
What I enjoy is his unique way of deposing and exposing deepstate actors and candidates.

The clown used DeSantis name to form his super PAC. His PAC had no affiliation with DeSantis. This California political hack sleaze raised over $50 million off DeSantis’ name. I am sure he paid himself well. Personally, I wouldn’t go by what this man says.
