If you were “Obama’s roommate” you were the only person to ever have seen Obama at Columbia. I, for one, think it only an assertion that Obama attended Columbia. I think Obama is a creation. I don’t know who created him, but he is as phony as a three dollar bill. I do believe your characterization of him, however.

Did Columbia University publish a list of its graduates before commencement as many colleges and universities do?
One could check of Obama’s name was on that list.
“Classmate,” not “roommate.” He’s already said several times that he didn’t know Obama at Columbia and didn’t know anybody who did. Obama was a transfer who lived off campus, but there are a few people who did know him.
Or perhaps the CIA already tampered with that list.
IIRC, the explanation for the absence of such a listing was that Obama took his degree after one of the “off” terms, but Columbia has the full hoopla only for the Spring grads. Rhymes with bs. I think he was “awarded” a degree by Columbia College rather than the University.

There are a number of undergraduate schools at columbia. among them is the college. There is also the school of general studies, the teacher’s college and barnard—which is the women’s school. I went to the school of general studies. I took mostly graduate courses in political science. I took took class under mika brezinski’s father—zbigniew brzezinski. The crowd of guys I know from that period say that obama did go to columbia —but to the school of general studies. He even attended a poetry reading I participated in at the Jazz room at the west end bar across the street from columbia. If he’s the guy I remmeber—he came with a white girl and left early.

I would add a third. Obama sees himself as the true messiah which will bring harmony and peace to the world at the point of a bayonet. He is another Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot. He believe HE is the one who will finally get it right.
