Antony Blinken looked like he was in a state of great anguish verging on outright grief during Biden's San Francisco meeting with his paymaster, Xi Jinping. Is it because he has given a sneak peek at the blackmail material that Xi has on Biden or did his Deep State overlords just tell him Joe gotta go?
