Weird about that Mil Officers death working in Jrue. Having soent two years in the AmEmb Tel Aviv, the only military are engaged in security at a diplomatic mission are Marine Security Guards and they are enlisted. Military are in the Military Liasion Office or in a Defense Attache Office.

As for Ukraine, they are evacuating the women and children from 55 towns in Kerson tonight, but keeping the men for use by the military. Ukraine can no longer hold the lines, and the stalemated war has turned into a repeat of the D Day beaches and with Russian breakouts coming more frequently. There are four or five areas where Russian forces are poised to collaspe or force tactical encirclement of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers.

We don’t have that long a wait to see the influx of another 250k Russian soldiers in July especially with all the heavily fortified cities falling. Ukraine is repeating WWII Germanys last 18 months.
