Backed by the usual suspects (ABC, CBS, etc.) anything that doesn’t fit the mainstream propaganda narrative is suspect.

Seems to this org, being a 501c3, could use a lot more scrutiny.

There are more “misinformation” guardians than there are ants at a picnic. It reads like the only people who speak about or champion these false flags are leftist media and related losers.
They may go into public schools etc but virtually anyone under 30 that I know distrusts the news and social media. The rise of deepfakes and “AI” images has made them less trusting of “news.” Parenthetically, many Millenials and GenZers get their “opinions” from Joe Rogan; like it or not, he’s that generation’s Limbaugh and everyone should cheer that - he could be a MSLSD nutbag.
I posted an article about journalists having a cow because the govt of Israel kicked journalists out of Gaza. The MSM fretted about the misinformation, when in reality they’re just throwing a fit because THEY can control the lies.
This entity is like a tree falling in the woods; if you don’t pay attention, they are meaningless.
Uh, our “media” has no literacy whatsoever. Same for its honesty and ability to reason. But, if one has trouble understanding basic concepts, finds math impossible, and thinks they can levitate by standing in a can and pulling the handles, journalism is for them.

Good. They can start with 8+ years of the Russian Hoax. Have they reported that the Steel Dossier was a made-up Hillary campaign document? That Adam Schitt, happily in the lead running for California senator, absolutely lied that he had real evidence that Trump was used the Russians? No.
But that whole episode of our history, designed to obliterate the elected president’s administration, really hurt this country, and is still believed by most democrats today.

COVID made me realize we truly have fake news and all that goes with it like “fact checkers”.
I was restricted on Facebook because I dared talk about lab leaks back in the early hysteria days. So the FB fact checker was messaging with me about their decision and I told him/her that I had a bachelors, and masters in a science related field with 30 years of experience. Then asked them what their qualifications were to fact check people like me.
She would not answer.
This is like a fox guarding the chicken coop. MSM is where “misinformation” comes from. They create it.
