May God bless and comfort all those named above who grieve, strengthen and heal those suffering from pain and disease, and provide for those seeking employment.

I also ask for prayers for my mother, 78. She awaits results of a biopsy on her tongue. (The biopsy yesterday caused extensive bleeding, so she's feeling even lousier than she expected). She's always been a nonsmoker and nondrinker, so this is rather a surprising condition. Nevertheless, may God heal her of these ulcer-like problems and relieve her pain.
