It still might be better to legalize drugs, I just don't buy all the benefits to it that the proponents always talk about.

Well my conditions for legalization are "no federal safety net", "no taxation", "all ages", and "no FDA". I don't know how many agree on these conditions, anything else and there will still be an underground economy in action that is targeted by law enforcement (which is the big argument today).

Market forces appear to be driving street prostitution as teenagers, some as young as 12, compete alongside seasoned sex workers - with tumbling prices the result. What this calls for is unionization. That way 45 year old whores with the most seniority get to make more than the unskilled inexperienced teenaged street walkers.
