Today is Veteran's Day. The day when countless men and women in uniform. Slandered for thirty years by John Kerry and his slimy ilk. Finally got something back. Nuking. Napalming. Willie Pete-ing. Fragging the Self Admitted War Criminal into Political Oblivion.
SEMPER FI!

"Garry Owen"
Wow I didn't think about that! What a present for us vetrans.
May God keep my beloved grandfather, Ross, a D-Day veteran who died on Oct. 22nd.
Veteran's Day ? In what country ?
Veteran's Day in the US is November 11.
Check six, RightCanuck:
Go 7th Cav.
Jack.
It's a Military Thing, stylin19a:
If you haven't wear the uniform. I'd doubt you'd understand.
Jack.
wear should be "worn" in the above post.
Jack.
um....read my profile.
Veterans day in the USA is 11/11/yy. One day after the Marine Corps Birthday.
Now...don't you feel goofy ?
Read my initial post, stylin.
No, I didn't read your profile.
No, I don't feel goofy.
Jack.
Yo Jack,
I sense some folks did not get the drift of your analogy.
Today was a vote of confidence for our brave professional and honorable men and women in the military, that serve our country with distinction. For most of them it is a sigh of relieve to have an honest caring Commander In Chief stay in office as apposed to one that would stander and look down at them at any given opportunity. After all once a traitor, always a traitor. Well actually I voted for the 87 billion in funds to support and better protect our troops before I voted against it because being a shit head far left liberal I did not get my way ......in taxing the 2% highest tax payers. It is a shame that this great nation even has such a snake in the senate let alone running for the CIC and POTUS!
Semper Fi all
I read your initial post. I disagree with what you were trying to convey and tried to keep it in perspective.
How's is President Bush re-election any way, shape or form a vindication of veterans?
This campaign pitted veteran against veteran.
It opened old wounds.
It relived the cowardly actions of VVAW.
It exposed veterans to have their memory and character questioned.
It is a good probability that Sen. Kerry's war record will continued to be persued.
It is a good probability that Sen. Kerry received a less than honorable dishacharge.
If it comes to pass that is IS true, how do you think those who stood up for Kerry are going to feel ?
Today is Veterans Day ?
My ass.

Thank you very much, Marine_Uncle:
Very eloquently put.
I was in a rush to put the post out and got ahead of myself.
Semer Fi!
And apologies to stylin19a.
Even though I'm in a Blue State (MD.) It felt great to cast my vote for President Bush. While putting some garlic on Kerry's Coffin. So that he may never rise again!
Jack.
I spent 20 years active duty. I understand the military thing.
I don't understand your V-day analogy.
It must be a RESERVIST thing.
Yo Marine!
"If it comes to pass that is IS true, how do you think those who stood up for Kerry are going to feel ? "
Well for military folks at least I would think they should finally feel vindicated once and for all. Mr. Kerry has done so much to make the life of others miserable. He does not even have the character to sign form 180. He plays games believing he will always get away with something!
He is a damn snake.
If it comes to pass that he is finally exposed for all the things he is known to have done. Good. He is a member of the United States Senate. Should not the tax payers and citizens of the country have the right to know who they in the past had elected?
Is it fair for so many that understand without a doubt based on the tons of media available over the years as how this person conducted himself in the past and seems by ever decent and attempt at fair play in watching him, see he has not changed a damn bit, not have his record made public?
It is a two edge sword. If it had turned out that President Bush had gravely dishonored himself while serving, I would say with equal force, he should be judged by the same standards we should place on all our elected leaders. But sadly in the case of JFK, he was given the pass and protection all these years by powerful democratic leaders in presidential and congresional positions.
I hope you can at least respect this side of the argument.
I will repect your heartfelt opinions.
And sir. I salute you for your service to our country.
Being a Marine you served with honor, I have not the slightest doubt!
Semper Fi to you.
Semper Fi... and God Bless you and your nephew.
