Now I understand that the P.C. title for this item is the National Holiday Tree and Wilson acknowledged as much, but he then stated "...but this is FOX and we don't care about P.C. so this is the Nations CHRISTMAS TREE".
I about had a stroke! Congratulations to FOX for not caving in to the PC Police and calling it what it is.

And the networks, along with CNN, MSNBC, the NYT, LA Times, the WaPo, etc., wonder why Fox is killin 'em LOL Thread

This case with these four kids is really starting to get to me. Every day I am learning more about what has been done to them and I'm trying to maintain, but it is getting harder. I have been irritable for days, can't sleep well for dreaming about all this crap plus the stress of having to do all the usual stuff, plus the extra driving to Children's Hospital and other towns because I can't place the 6 and 8 year old. I can't find a foster home or even an emergency shelter in the state that will take them, so far. As of tomorrow, they will be back in the office with no place to go.

Meanwhile, I've got people pulling at me in all directions wanting information or wanting things done yesterday. Deadlines are passing and stuff isn't getting done. This case is just heartbreaking. I finally got the 2 little ones placed together today, but nobody will take the older 2 children. I can't even imagine how they must feel. And in spite of all that, as recently as yesterday, they said they never want to go home. Most kids don't even relaize how bad things are in their homes that they have to be removed. For children that young to say so adamantly that they never want to go home, I have to believe they have been exposed to really horrendous things, even beyond what we know about.

The moral decay and the breakdown of families is like a cancer, steadily eating away at the health of the nation, and we're treating it by administering painkillers, temporary fixes and pretending that the problem is something other than what it actually is. It is killing us, and the socialists are helping the process along.

There I go ranting again. I'm just really getting frustrated. I don't like being in the position of being expected to do something and seeing what needs to be done, but not having the tools to do it with. Thanks for listening.

I spent most of the day horseback riding. It was wonderful and relaxing. Took a break to eat, but didn't feel inclined to gorge. All in all a very pleasant day in the middle of a whole lot of very stressful days.

Hope yours was pleasant as well. We had a beautiful, warmish day, but since then it has been raining constantly. It is getting really old.

The White House has started mailing out their Christmas cards. I'm sure it is purely coincidental but this year's card features the Red Room at the White House. My sister received hers Saturday and is gloating because mine hasn't arrived yet. LOL

She is at the hospital that she works for and is well like and all her friends are taking good care of her, plus it's a very good hospital .. she's in good hands

That sounds like fun. I'm sure the horseback riding took care of whatever damage the dinner might have done.

Our weather was sunny and bright but very nippy. We had a ton of folks and it was all very lovely and completely delicious. :) I'm afraid I can't say that I didn't stay too long at the table. LOL

Sounds like a horrible situation for all. They need to build some type of Boys town or orphanage, a place to keep these kids to some place safe can be found

You become concern the vets says don't worry just let me know if it grows etc. Pet owners you should watch this video go to....

Hehehe.... I reminded her of 2001 when I got my first one and she didn't.... LOL Mine arrived after hers last year, too, and I remember telling her that I was at the top of their original list and that they wanted to make the newbies feel good by sending theirs out first. LOL
