Maybe a scumbag is throwing them off the bridge, if this is the case it will move to humans later.

This is poor reporting. Or am I missing something?

Has anyone seen a dog JUMP off the bridge?

Are they going by just their dead bodies piling up at the bottom?

I'm no Sherlock Holmes here but just perrrrrhaps some wack job is throwing dogs off the bridge?

Yes, I thought that was the whole thing, I meant those questions to just go out there into outer space, not to you specifically.
