Awesome pictures.
Kinda like the '83 F15 and the '03 F22.
No one comes close.

It truly is a beautiful machine.

I take it that this means that they have fixed the problems they were having with the weapons doors?

I ask to MY FATHER that such has been remedied.

'Twould be a very bad moment in our Military's history for another "Aardvaark" [F-111].

IMVHO the F 15 is the most beautiful plane ever built, followed by the SR-71, then the F-22, the F-14, A-10 and a tie for F/A 18 and F-16.

Nice to see it finally on the line - we did a lot of the evals on the motors for this plane. That was over ten years ago.

Dang, I'll these flesh eating birds were being shown off at the Andrews AFB Armed Forces Open House this weekend.

I make it almost every year but couldn't make it this year.

Anybody out there get to see the Raptor at Andrews?

For you Raptor fans...don't miss this while I have it up...

Grab this link and download an absolutely incredible little Power Point on the Raptor's initial transit from Murrietta to Langley.

Cheers!

Believe me when I say you will love to have this *.pps if you dig the Raptor...13 slides...a dozen ripper images.

That was really cool! Thanks!

But I hope you will forgive my love of the F-15 as the most beautiful bird to ever fly. The F-22 is right behind, followed by the F-14, the A-10, the F-18(/A) and the F-16.

Of course, we have a seperate category for the SR-71 Blackbird, the most perfect aircraft ever to be built. Physics (IMHO) will never allow a faster craft until warp drive is invented.

I know we have lots of ground pounders out there who will always have real love for the F1 and F4 which protected them in tight situations. No offense, guys, I am just going on sheer physical beauty. Catherine Zeta-Jones is probably the most beautiful woman of her generation, but the physical thrill I get from looking at my beautiful wife makes CZT seem like yesterday's leftover pastry.
