Breaking: Possible SAM Attack Against US Plane (right now this is completely unverified)

I’ve just received a credible tip from an LGF reader that an America West flight out of New York was fired upon by a surface to air missile yesterday, and that the pilot and passengers witnessed it and are now being questioned by the FAA and FBI.
That’s the extent of the information I currently have, and please note: right now this is completely unverified.

Oh, okay, I've seen other LGF posts here. Hope we can get some more info on it. I wonder if they were fired upon of it it was another one of those laser incidents they had in that area a few months ago.

That's why I posted it here not on news. LGF has had a long history of being right. I was responsible enough to indicate that it was unverifiable at this point.
