If I'm not mistaken, this is a reference to a "wardrobe malfunction" she had at one of the award shoes where her revealing dress slipped and revealed one of her breasts - nips and all.

I don't see how anyone can say her or her parents are dumb. Her parents may be despicable people, but they are both smart. And Chelsea, with the exception of hanging out with Tara Reid, has never done anything to deserve derision that I have seen. She has degrees from two very presitigious schools and although who her parents are helped her get into those schools. They still don't just give those degrees away.

Some people I've met and worked with had the best memories that I've ever seen...But they used their brains to run over and thru people...so I agree with you to a point.

As far as Chelsea...I cannot speak to her doings, and goings....as I know only what I read. Do you know more than that?

Some of the stupidest people I've ever met had BS and MS behind their names....Those degrees don't mean what they used to...I don't care where they were achieved.

Certainly intelligence can mean many things and while some people can be very gifted in one area they can be completely lacking in other areas. There isn't any school in the world that can teach common sense. As for Chelsea I would say she is very book smart at the least and if she takes after her parents she can probably manipulate people in ways that can make your head spin.
