Good job! This old man has gained nearly 5# this week watching Nascar and there is 3 days to go.

I went to my doctor a couple of weeks ago and she actually wrote a prescription for walking at least 3 days a week... :(

Good for you.

I leave my fishing rod and line in at the river, do a lap (walking), and then see what is on it. Works for me.

Doc told me yesterday, you have to push your body once in awhile just to let it know you are still interested in it.

Get up and walk to the kitchen on commercials!

if Tork walked to and from the kitchen once for every commercial during a race that nbc covered he'd be doing the distance of a marathon race!

From what I understand, they'll have the teams build them, but they'll still supply the engines.

HA HA HA Beer battle.......

Miller-Bud bet brewing

Miller Lite is betting on its driver, Kurt Busch, in the 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup season and in doing so is putting Budweiser, sponsor of Dale Earnhardt Jr., on the spot.

Miller's chief marketing officer, Tom Long, has sent a letter to Anheuser-Busch vice president of brand management Marlene Coulis betting the beer-market leader that Busch will finish ahead of Earnhardt Jr. in the final season standings.

The terms of the friendly wager: The losing sponsor must change the paint scheme on its car to match the winning brand's car for one points-paying Cup race next year.
