on May 5 on bridges over Hwy I-5 Between hours of 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM The best ones that are well protected and exposed to large traffic volume are exists over Hwy. I-5: Del Mar Heights Rd.., Del Mar, CA Birmingham Dr., Encinitas, CA LeucadiaBlvd., Encinitas, CA Palomar Rd., Carlsbad, CA The best are the ones are #2 & #3 for there it is slow congested traffic between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. People will have time to read the signs and honk etc. Depending on how many we will muster, we can do it on all 4 bridges. I would recommend at least 10 people minimum for effect and protection. Must have some volunteers with cameras ready to film at each location. Preferably movies to prove any incidents – including police harassment! A staging area meeting (for 7:00 AM) will be announced only to those volunteering to participate. From there we will go to desired locations. Bring flags, signs and cameras or camcorders.
