"Republican in the dictionary comes just after reptile and just before repugnant," actress Julia Roberts insightfully observed to the delight of the Radio City Music Hall crowd at the September 14 (2000) DNC fundraisier for Gore-Lieberman. That was just one of several liberal pro-Gore and anti-conservative pronouncements made by actors and actresses."

OUCH! That's cold. But very welcome on this hot day in virginia. HA! I read that Sarandon is filming a Sheehan dramedy. Since she has obviously thrown to the wind all pretense of feminine pride, I think she should do a remake of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?, casting herself in the Bette Davis role - maybe bring (now older) Faye Dunaway back to play Joan Crawford again. (God Help Me! Now I'm offering career counseling for Susan Sarandon. 6/6/6 really is a day for the Beast to celebrate!)
*LOL* I dunno, but I agree with you on Salma.
Truth hurts.....;D
Sarandon makes my skin crawl, frankly.
Makeup won't help that a bit.
[and only part of her effect on me is due to her idiotic politics. it's just *her*....****shudder****]
Look on the bright side.
If Julia calls in sick, Eric can just slap on a wig and some lip gloss, strike a pose and no one will know the difference.
I e-mailed them, this was their response:
Hello Poobear (my insert),
We received your email regarding Avon using Julia Roberts as a spokesperson. This is to inform you that the reports you are reading in some media are false.
Sincerely,
Avon Information Center
You libs are idiots. Listen to how you rant, and never have a real true meaning behind what you say. Traitor. Move to some other country. Cuba maybe. California’s representatives love Fidel. You should all move there and let our country continue on as a free society, which you know nothing about..........dork.
