I know a criminal defense attorney in Chicago that insists that there is a specific law (or ordinance, I don't know) that forbids exposing oneself to a blind person.and you know this from personal experience?

For the record, though you can find the real definition of "mopery" here.
I think you'd agree it's not too far from the gist.
