Awwwwwwwwww, my daughter lost here beloved kitty to the same problems, last year. Though not as old a cat, as your beloved Musica ( her cat was only 16 ), she was just as loved.
Prayers for you and your cat, but it just might be time for you to let her go. I know how much that hurts ( I still miss my kitty, a LOT, who died of cancer ), but your cat is 24 years old and NOT well.
