Both when times up take the powers as nulls.

It sounds like a 2x2 matrix with eigenvalues between -1 and 1.

Cloven hoofs and clown heads!

He lost me there... seems to be some reference to Washington DC and binary code. He just might be on drugs, or a really bad poet.

Markov text generator. He isn't a bad poet, he's a lazy one. IMHO.

The "every poem" link doesn't work. Why do you think it should be reported? Adverse laws are chain units. United chains are one on ones. Cloven hoofs and clown heads!

Sure, that might mean someone's laws are adverse, United might be US or United Airlines, and the cloven hooves and clown heads might mean a certain ethnic or religious group. However, I may be stretching it. Have you figured out the coords yet? The coords could be the key to knowing if he's a terrorist, a nut job, or a just someone who likes puzzles.

Eigen Vectors, aka Characteristic Values solution of a system of linear equations of the form

[ A] lamda = [C]

Where
[A] is a nXn matrix
Lamda is a n X 1 vector
[C] is a 1 X n vector

They are used when analyzing a mechanical system for stiffness, or an electric system for resonance.

If you know the Eigen values, you know the resonant frequencies.

According to decrypt tool Cryptographever, the poem carries a hidden message to "hit target." But in my limited experience Cryptographever finds a nefarious message in any paragraph, no matter how innocent.

Reminds me of the random computer generated research papers created by some pranksters at MIT.

The link takes you to the random word generator so you can create your own random research.

He left out "a Kiss is Still A Kiss."

It messes up the whole sequence.

Good heavens, if you're going to worry about secret messages over the internet, worry about all those 'apparently' random spam texts. Better yet, don't worry.
