What a foul story.
Court records show that eight members of the boy's family, including his mother, had agreed to testify that he was at a family reunion until 10 p.m. the night of the assaults - until the boy's DNA was shown to be among the evidence found on the girl.
And each and every one of them should face jail time too.

Hmmm....wonder why the rapist takes no responsibility.
Every rapist does best with an enabler/protector. Look at the clintons.

I just read the rest of the story. I think I am going to lose my breakfast.
If anyone has any doubts about how f***ed up our society is, please follow the link and read this story.

It's a sickness in this society that people no longer take responsibility for what they do--nor will they allow their kids to accept responsibility for what the kids do either.

There must be much more to this than what is written in the article. Ater reading "the rest of the story", it's hard to find anyone involved innocent. Remove the ages of those involved and it becomes a story about a pimp, a hooker and a bunch of johns.
Add their ages back into the story and you have a bunch of very underage kids, none of whom could be considered "innocent", engaging in very adult behavior, seemingly consentually. It is very, very disturbing. When I was 11, girls were still playing with Barbie dolls.
The judge should first look into charging the parents of the kids involved, then deal with the kids.

An 11-yr old girl cannot have consensual sex! Period! That is the law!

The girl was HIV-positive (got it from her mother, who died of AIDS). Perhaps non-human justice will be visited on these monsters...
The entire story (including sexual assault by a relative when the girl was six or seven -- plus several cases of parental drug addiction) is a screamingly-loud condemnation of a racial culture that is totally corrupt.
