Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The will states:
Except as otherwise stated, I have INTENTIONALLY omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other DESCENDANTS NOWLIVING AND THOSE HEREAFTER BORN OR ADOPTED, AS WELL AS EXISTING FUTURE STEPCHILDREN AND FOSTER CHILDREN.
Sounds like Dannielynn isn't an heir, Daniel ONLY.
What kind of lawyer DOESNT' ALLOW HER TO CHANGE HER WILL AFTER DANIEL DIED AND ANOTHER (SUPPOSEDLY HIS) BABY IS BORN.

I still say she was REALLY under Stern's influence after Daniel died; lord knows what he told her about her mother.

What a clusterduck this is.
We are still reading it and it states trusts for children, etc so there may be some other provision regarding future kids.
There are supposed to be trusts, and until we see those, we don't have all the dang details.
