Did anyone who was watching the hearing today, see Larry Birkhead snag Howard K. Stern's styrofoam cup which he had been drinking out of? Stern had been drinking from water from a cup and left it on the witness stand. Birkhead immediately took the stand and grabbed a new cup from the stack, his attorney went over and poured some bottled water into the cup at which time he placed his cup inside of Stern's used cup and when he left the stand took both of them with him.

I watched too. Actually, late this afternoon it became really riveting. I guess it is a diversion from Hillary, Obama, Osama, Pelosi, Murtha and all the usual garbage. A short diversion that believe it or not, is almost a crime drama. I didn't notice the cup thing.
Oedipus syndrome, the shame and scandal was too much to handle so he offed himself with methadone. Anna, wrought with guilt and despondent over the whole affair plays fast and loose with prescription drugs and pulls a John Bonham.
If HKS truly was the father why not hand out DNA samples like a proud papa hands out cigars after fathering the 4.5 billion dollar baby? Why resist the tests? He knows it's not his and must protect the book and movie rights as counsel for the survivor of this train wreck.
I have not really followed along, since I never did have much interest in ANS, but two things strike me from what I've read about this hearing in FL and the "clown" video.
One is that DNA might be for lawyers, but anyone with two eyes in their head can see that HKS is not the father of that baby. Second, after the video and LB testimony about the drugs, should someone be looking into charging HKS with abuse of a pregnant woman, and also child endangerment?
I saw author Tom Wolfe being interviewed on Fox by James Rosen (very good) and Mr. Wolfe seems to think that this is the greatest sensationalism story in many years. I am no expert, but I just have a feeling that this is going to end up being a murder case. Either ANS or the son. Something is so wrong here, the sleaziness of everyone clouds that fact.

only to prove a negative but that is pointless, They need the baby's and Anna's (Anna's to make sure the baby tested is hers and Stern didn't switch baby's on them)and then compare it to Birkhead's DNA to prove he is the father (thus proving Stern is not).

The real story here isn't really about ANS, it is starting to become a story of a stinking attorney, HKS and maybe some other lawyers drugging ANS into a state, and engineering a way to get their hands on her future money. After watching that hearing today, I was kind of thinking HKS may have gotten her to FLA to buy a yacht, then marry her and go out to sea to the Bahamas. Just maybe ANS would have then "fallen off" the boat in a drugged state. I bet he provided the means of death to her son. This HKS is a bad Hoe puppy. He hasn't worked in years.
Birkhead has stated he probably impregnated ANS on new years eve of 2006. According to his lawyer, Opri, there is every indication the child is a premie. (Google: Birkhead, dannielynn premature)
Amazingly, there was no NEONATE team in the birthing room, the infant weighed nearly 7 pounds, and the infant left the hospital about 3 days after she was born. All documented on the birth video.
Yet... Birkhead and his swarm of lawyers are unprecedentedly allowed VIP seats & "air time" in a probate hearing that's suppose to determine "burial" of ANS. Meanwhile, this court is a cash cow circus... with the ringmaster being a judge allegedly auditioning for a "judge judy" type show.
I don't give a flying fig about Birkhead's barndoor, or Stern's styrofoam cup. I want to know what in the sam hill is going on with our judicial syestem and sensationalized media whores allowing this charade.

And yesterday i recall hearing him testify that Anna is still paying him to this day. His words were something like "yes, and that continues to this day".
A guest on Scarborough - I saw the show only for a moment - stated that at the least Howard K. Stern should be charged with manslaughter.
