Exactly. So it drives me crazy we have to wait til April for the court to pronounce the results.
I seriously wonder if she even KNEW she had a will! I believe she was 'impaired' (as HKS would say) when the will was drawn up and signed in 2001, and may not even REMEMBER doing it. Also, her condition after Daniel's death leads me to believe that she was not 'clear-headed' enough to make those kind of decisions.
little dogs are real hyper - my 2 small dogs chilled out once they reach about 18 months old.
He could train the dog but I doubt it would stop until the pup reaches about 18 months old.
Well it looks like they're using the best DNA lab, doesn't it. So they could know the results by tomorrow.....but Larry B has to wait til April....(and all of us do too)....grrrrr.

If i know anything about Ohio, and i do, the DNA results will be leaked out waaaay before April 3rd.
But surely Stern would know that fact....so his appeal is simply a delay tactic.....which, again, means he is the "controller", "director". Grrrrr.

Funny how HKS said 1 or 2 computers were 'stolen'...but now ET says he is 'cooperating' and has given permission to look at computer. Also, they are looking at searches about 'death' (and/or SUICIDE???). Who's to say that any searches were done by ANS herself? She wasn't exactly feeling well in her last week alive, and I haven't heard anyone mention that she was on the computer before she died. Also, how can you prove that the emails she supposedly sent to friends (saying she wanted to die) were ACTUALLY sent by her?

I think Stern is feeling the heat on him... So in his mind the best route would to submit the baby and then appeal it. Pinder says the appeal will be tossed.
Chances are Stern would have stayed home with the baby if he did not have that inquest next week. He is feeling the heat. Today he was ordered by a Bahamian judge to stay on the island. (this was a new order by the courts - there already one on the baby not to leave the island but Stern in the past could come and go off the island as he pleased - but a judge put a stop to that today.)
HKS has been swearing all over everywhere that he is the father. They're going for fraud.
It might just mean the one from the hotel room--I'm not sure. Can someone clarify?
