No. he looked drunk and I felt sorry for him, and for his life. He looks sad and unhappy. He might have gotten hurt, but he didn’t seem to be trying to hurt anyone.

I felt sorry for the midget too but climbing up that light pole and then trying with all his might to break the handcuffs was FUnnie. I wonder if he kept that job they got him. Also this shows how kindhearted the cop was. Didn’t arrest him but got him a job.

This could also be a matter of POV. I once knew a midget named Ed who got real pissed off at me. Ed the Midget started kicking me over and over again on my legs and I couldn't do a damn thing about it. Why not? Suppose I wasn't able to reign in my temper? Believe me that midget was causing me incredible pain. However, I knew that if I gave in to my temper and hauled off and punched Ed the Midget, I could have ended up in the news as some monster who was beating up on a midget. That damn Ed the Midget followed me out of the bar where he started kicking me out into the parking lot constantly kicking me until I got into my car and drove away. My legs were in incredible pain for at least a day after that.

When a midget beats up on you, there is nothing you can do for the reason mentioned above.

Here is why Ed the Midget was pissed off at me. Years ago, when I had less of a stomach and more on my head, I used to hang out at a Holiday Inn bar in Miami. That was also the hangout of Ed the Midget who was in showbiz (a lot of midgets are). Well, Ed used to love to hold court telling all sorts of showbiz stories. One night the bartender told us that the manager/owner of that motel wanted to give one of us a job to be in a commercial for the motel/hotel. Right away Ed the Midget started telling us how he was looking forward to doing that commercial.

A bit later the owner came in the bar and offered the job to ME. I was supposed to just dive into the pool, swim to the other side, and some chick would pull me out. In exchange I would get my bar tab and restaurant tab picked up for a couple of evenings. I agreed and eventually did do that commercial. (It was only on some UHF station so it was no big deal.)

Well, that ENRAGED Ed the Midget who thought the commercial bit would be offered to him. And that is why Ed the Midget viciously attacked me by kicking my legs over and over again. And that damn monstrous midget KNEW I wouldn't strike back because I was scared of coming across in public as some heartless guy who beat up on a midget.

When midgets attack, there is NO defense against them.
