The Fonz got sent up?
I did not follow this case closely, seems she got away with murder.
Any preacher man out there. Don’t be looking for a wife any time soon.
‘Tis amazing what women can get away with nowadays. Murder is murder is murder. The fact that she shot him in the back while he was sleeping makes her a monster. I have no sympathy. I wouldn’t let her get anywhere near her kids.
I’m just surprised that Tennessee, of all states, went so ‘soft on crime.’
Can anyone honestly say that a man would have been able to pull this off if he had shot his wife in the back in front of his children?
Just wake up one morning, shoot your defenseless sleeping husband, tell the jury he made you wear a wig and high shoes during sex and boom.....
This woman is going to get her kids back, children denied their father forever.
BY HER!
That jury makes the OJ jury look intelligent.
What kind of people were on that jury?
That reminds me of the sorry joke about the Menendez brothers seeking a lenient sentence because they were orphans.
She’s a murderer. I don’t get it.
Yep.
Her sentence for killing her husband with his back to her was half the time (at least) then it would take to get a divorce in California. What a precedence this sets aye?
Brainless, spineless, spirtual dead people.
I don't either and they wonder why men don't want to marry. They might wake up dead some morning. Not a happy thought. I do suppose, however, there are some out there who will defend her.
Mostly women.

Mary Winkler released, made it home safely
People I'm married to a woman who would not harm a mouse. She was abused in a previous marriage. Yea she was in the process of the act and stopped. The weapon of choice was a pillow and a passed out hubby. McNairy County from what I gather is pretty Conservative no nonsense and secrets would be hard to keep. The fact that even church members supported her says a lot. It's odd most men can not spot an abused woman. Some men can but only because they have had to help someone pick up the pieces. But a woman who has been abused usually can tell though.
If her attorney was able to provide the evidence to her side of this such as clothing etc related to her reasons that is reasonable doubt as to Capitol Murder. If it was abuse that is reason for Insanity and why the law is on the books. Looking at the woman and how she acts and reacts? I think she was very likely telling the truth. I also think there is more to it that what we know as to her reasons.
