That Teheran Drinking Bout;.

That caught my eye for some reason (maybe because I like to imbibe on occasion). Here's another piece from Modern Drunkard Magazine on the same topic: Inebriated in Iran

Wasn't Catholic World a Paulist publication? Like the Jesuits, they sure aren't what they used to be.

Erik von Kuehnelt-Leddihn is great. I've chronicled some of my own explorations of his work here. If only National Review still published writers of his talent.

This is my First look at any Catholic magazine.

Erik von Kuehnelt-Leddihn is the reason I bought It.
But after reading the index I am looking forward to some of the others.

I will click on your link.

Below is how I heard of him for the first time!

“... power, well established and entrenched but methodically destroying the values of common good, is diabolic in character.
The satanic aspects of such government combining power with wickedness and irrationality are usually underscored by a quality of confusion.”
— Kuchnelt-Leddihn

Forward from “A Texan Looks at Lyndon”, A study in illegitimate power.
