In fact, you can't see it even when you require that Google restrict its search to Free Republic:

It does if you place the term in quotes:

"we have to fix our souls"

By placing the words in quotes, Google looks for the exact phrase on a site.

Without the quotes, it returns hits from sites as long as all the words appear on the page.
