The CA Supreme Court Bans Home Schooling and Straitjackets Liberty

Last week, the California Supreme Court effectively banned home schooling, leaving about 166,000 children truant, and 166,000 parents legally liable. Here's the full story.

From the article: "The ruling was applauded by a director for the state's largest teachers union. 'We're happy,' said Lloyd Porter, who is on the California Teachers Association board of directors. 'We always think students should be taught by credentialed teachers, no matter what the setting.'"

Of course, I understand the intention of the California Teachers Association. They want to make sure every child is being taught by a reputable and educated instructor. But they also have a monetary motive, which may be their primary concern.

We always think students should be taught by credentialed teachers, no matter what the setting.

That leaves out most of Mexicaforniastan's teachers. But, of course, they want this to force their love of fags and gays down your children's throats.

Oh, they’ve got the credentials, all right, a wad of buttwipe that says they’ve been inmates in a college of education for four years. To me, that’s a sign that they are not competent to teach anything. We’d be lots better off if people with degrees in real subjects were doing the teaching, especially in the higher grades.

THE AUTHOR OF THIS ARTICLE IS COMPLETELY MISTAKEN. It was not the California Supreme Court that made the ruling but rather the Second District Court of Appeal.

It is a safe assumption, I suggest, that the Supreme Court will be receiving an appeal from this ruling.
