Do you think everyone is either a cylon or part cylon?

Actually, The Sara Jane Adventures have concluded on SciFi.

This Friday (6-5-08) begins a six-part series entitled Charlie Jade (7:00 CDT time slot).

from TV.com

While on a hunt for a woman with no identity, Detective Charlie Jade is shot into a strange parallel universe (Betaverse) when a facility that he is investigating explodes.

Charlie is from Alphaverse, a dystopian universe that is ruled by five mega corporations. Betaverse, the universe Charlie is initially sent to, corresponds to “our” reality. But there's a third universe, the Gammaverse, an apparent Utopia that has an abundance of natural resources that Vex-Cor (one of the Alphaverse mega-corps) would like to exploit.

Charlie Jade was filmed in Cape Town, South Africa and produced by CHUM Television and the South African Industrial Development Corporation.
Fear Itself is a new summer series on NBC (9:00 p.m. CDT, Thursdays). It seems to be sort of a Supernatural with ghouls and goblins, etc.

Discovers shows Mars Alive next Wednesday (9:00 p.m. CDT, 6-11-08). It is a documentary report of the current Mars mission.

What did people think about the Andromeda Strain remake? I liked the idea of making it move faster with more action but the dialogue and acting was so bad as to make part II almost unwatchable.

Andromeda Strain was interesting and entertaining.

However, I hate those movies and tv programs (such as 24) that have that sudden twist that we are the culprits/causes of the ills.

Hollow-wood just can’t seem divorce itself of its agenda themes, such as these:

== We are the culprits.
== Global warming is killing the planet.
== We are the culprits of global warming that is killing the planet.

Was there a new episode of Doctor Who on last weekend? I had just moved and the cable hadn’t been turned on yet... but now I have digital cable and DVR! I’m SO happy about that =D

I still don’t mind Donna. She is a nice change of pace.

I watched Next last week which is a Nick Cage movie based on Philip K. Dick’s The Golden Man. Really they chucked most of the story but I guess it was an entertaining actioner.
