Leave a comment, by all means. I liked this one:

Maybe Rush should just buy you paper and show you how to make a profit large enough to get better editors. "
To: TSchmereL
Maybe the Rush list would like to chime in on this one?

If Obama wins, yes. If McCain wins, maybe.

LOL!
He deserves $100 Million a year, but he’s trying to do his duty, and save America, so he has accepted this pay cut.

Rush is selling a product. He has the right to set the price of his product based on what the market is willing to pay.
It’s obvious that’s what the people who gave him the contract think he’s worth. Case closed.

He deserves whatever he and his “payers” agree to pay you friggin’ putz! Typical liberals. Hand ringing about someone being paid too much. Wealth envy BIG TIME! I wish he’d buy the paper and fire the “Post Staff” for even asking such a stupid question. Marxists.

If you read all the comments it's clear the majority feels that, even if not Rush fans, he's earned the money by the fact that his employer is willing to pay it, Capitalism at work The naysayers almost completely fixate on his opinions and the need for a Fairness Doctrine to take him off the air.
These people will be in charge of all three branches of government by 2011. The America they will create will be a frightening place for those interested in preserving economic and political liberty.

Palm Beach Post To Cut 300 Jobs
Wed Jun 25, 2008 at 11:40:04 AM
It’s been a long time coming, but Palm Beach Post publisher Doug Franklin handed down the bad news today (thanks to Pulp readers for posting it). Bottom line:
— 300 jobs will be cut company-wide.
— 130 newsroom jobs will be cut.
— Buyouts are being offered to employees with at least five years vested in the pension plan.

"The marketplace says yes." That would have been my response also. If someone can afford to cut him a check that big, then by all means it's their right.

How does Rush getting $50 million a year help Michele Obama’s kids?
To: dynachrome
No, better to let the advertisers and media fatcats keep it.
