That is not a tortoise. Everything is wrong; legs, tail, head, teeth, body shape, abdomen, backbone, mouth. PhotoShopped maybe.........hmmmmm would have helped to know the scale if something of know dimensions had been in photo.
Maybe we now know why that OTHER dog won the “ugliest dog” competition.

Tortoise’s shells are part of their skeleton. From the hoof, jaw and skull, that’s a pig. The nose has eroded away, exposing the nasal septum.
