Dick Morris was on Hannity and Colmes earlier tonight.
He was talking about the DNC Convention and how the Clinton's are taking it over.
Hillary, Bill and Chelsea have all been given speaking roles.
In addition.. Hillary has hired a video production team to make a movie about her candidacy.
Colmes: This is an attempt to unite the party. Hillary Clinton folks along with the Barack Obama campaign got together and mutually decided to do this.
Morris: Yeah like Georgia and Russia mutually decided that they would cede those two provinces.
Colmes: I don't think that..
Morris: Obama had every bit of power and the Clinton's had none.
If Hillary had boycotted the convention or their had been demonstrations she would have been held hostage and crucified by the Democratic party for doing that.
She had no power. And this guy (Obama) gave her Tuesday night.. a film that the Clinton's are going to produce.
Chelsea's going to be introducing her.
Bill's going to take over Wednesday night. And Thursday night the evening will be Hillary getting votes from the Convention.
I think this isn't so much a question of whether it'll help or hurt Barack Obama. I think a guy who's that weak and negotiates that poorly shouldn't be President of the United States.
Colmes: He's willing to be inclusive. I think it shows strength.
Morris: Tell that to Putin. If Hillary can run roughshod over this guy what do you think Bin Laden is gonna do?

The interesting thing about Obama’s personality is his “It’s all good...” Gen-X approach (I know he’s a boomer but to appeal hip he has slid into Gen-X habits). Obama has always slid into getting what he wants. He believe he is getting the nomination so anything else that happens “...is all good”. However, the devil is in the details and it looks like the Clintons have swept up and own all the ‘details’. Obama will walk away from the convention with a similar aftertaste to the European trip. In Berlin, it was his celebrity narcissism. In Denver, it will be his emasculated spinelessness.
Basically he thinks he can’t be beaten.
So he’s not even trying to defend himself.
God may have to do the honors.
He’s still in control regardless of appearances at some levels.
Folks may be bored with Obumma.
They are sick of the Klintoons.
If the Dem party sees Obama sinking too fast... they’ll pull the rug out from underneath him..

The Hildabeast is proceeding as if we have a coalition-style government, as in Germany. As if second place entitles her to a role in the next administration.
Nope. We have a winner-take-all system which, coincidentally, is perfect Americanism.
She lost. She should get over it.

So lets cut to the real issue: who is going to get the nomination?
Obama critically weakened by the Clinton’s show of strength at the convention?
Clinton with the risk of a civil war in the Donk party, guaranteed riots throughout the US, and utter alienation of the black vote without which a Donk can’t win?

Obambi. Even though the delegates will know it's a mistake as they cast their votes. But they really have no choice at this point. If they were to give it to the Hildebeest, they'd lose the black vote and be consigned to permanent minority status, Herself being the first big loser.
No, she'll steal most of the show. The the party will unify behind the Big Loser, with Hillary cheering him on. He'll go on to lose in November. Then she rides to the rescue in 2012 (assuming Crash lives up to his Navy nickname, that is).
I derive some consolation from remembering that despite how bad it looked at the time God has always come to the aid of our great country. Remember the words of the great old hymn “This is My Father's World.”

The Bible makes it quite clear that times will not get better as the end approaches. In fact, quite the opposite. Some of the most fearful language is reserved for describing the end times. But that language is not meant to scare God's people, but rather to assure them that as bad as it's going to be, the Lord is our refuge and strength and promises to see us through it all. I liken it to the doctor telling a patient that a treatment is going to be rough, but to keep in mind that when it's completed the results will be so good that the patient won't even remember the rough times.
Obama has already done something I never thought could be accomplished. At one point not long ago I felt I could not stomach any more of Hillary. Turns out, by comparison she's preferable to Obama. Pretty scary, huh?
hilldawg will pull out obamas real birth certificate at the convention. And will probably release gay sex tapes between obama and larry sinclair. probably more documents of plans that bill ayers and obama have. ect....sit back and enjoy. I only wish us real conservatives would protest the rNC

Alan Colmes is so annoying to listen to. He sounds like a whining old woman...there has got to be a perfect word to describe him, I’m sure, but I can’t think of it at the moment.
I don’t know how Hannity stops himself from reaching over and choking him sometimes.
