I THINK THIS IS OVER

Posted on 09/29/2008 3:27:51 AM PDT by wny

Hope I'm weong, but I think McCAin is finished. If he can't hold Colorado and/or Virginia, there's no way he can win. The chances of him flipping Michigan and/or Pennsylvania is pretty slim. We're screwed.

He’s acting more like George W Bush, every day.

“Bipartisan”.

“Moderate”.

Speaking in a monotone, on subjects people care about...

John McCain by himself is not a winning candidate. He has, however, one of history’s most fabulous secret weapons:

Sarah Palin.

John McCain: nothing personal, but you’re not who people are going to vote for. Your running mate is.

GET HER OUT THERE! And get out of her way.

Stop hogging the limelight.

Don’t watch the polls!!! They are stacked with Democrat samplings and take only about 1000 responses...want proof? Look how eratic they have been...are people that fickle? People reallllllly don’t know who they are voting for by now? I don’t think so.

When mac chose to not expose the fannie/freddie core problem of Johnson & Raines and their continued relationship with nobama..

His campaign has ads out that are doing just that. I've seen them on TV and heard them on the radio.

Unfortunately, Congress has a certain protocol and "decorum" when it comes to speaking out directly on matters such as this. They operate on the "need to know" principle like many businesses. The workers/peasants/people don't need to know what kind of deals they make behind closed doors. The bad thing about that is most forget we have a representative government and it is their responsibility to be open and truthful to earn our trust. The only option we have is to vote them out when their time comes for re-election.

Remember what Joe Biden said: Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

I am not sure it is over, but McCain needs a good week and Obama needs a really bad one.

Ya, I mean it's not like we could tie the largest financial scandal in America's history around his neck? Oh ya, we can but McCain failed to do so ....

That is an outstanding article. It would be nice if every major radio talk show host posted a link to that on their home page and talked about it as a must read for everyone.

Makes my tag line seem pretty spot on.

Pollsters can’t predict who will actually show up to vote.

Sean Hannity was hyperventilating over the bad exit polling data.

Not over.

Palin-mania was only four weeks ago. There are five or six more weeks until the election and A LOT can and will happen.

Remember, we are dealing with a population that has the attention span of a 14 year old boy with A.D.D. There will be another couple of blows to McCain and another couple of blows to Obama.

Patience, grasshopper.......
