If I spelled it right, incardinated means an individual priest basically belongs to a diocese where he is approved to exercise his priestly functions.

I guess believe what you want. Fr. Gruner is not my salvation. I do not have to believe in what he says, especially if there is reason to doubt it. Discernment is the answer. You discern your truth and I will discern mine.
