What do you folks think? Inform the American people that obamba is being sued by a democrat lawyer challenging his qualification to be president.Explain that obama has refused to provide the document. John could hold his birth certificate up and challenge obame to do the same. Or is this just to cheezey an idea?
Not sure it is cheesey, but it might be fun to watch the annointed one stammer and stutter.

McCain was born in the Panama Canal. I wonder what his birth certificate looks like.
Perhaps the whole “natural born citizen” issue has been left alone as a result.
It seems to me that things like this are grasping at straws. If that is all McCain has then it is pretty much over.
Let someone else do this in his campaign or better yet find a prominent PUMA to do it.

Actually it’s a great idea for getting it into the media and into the minds of the American people. Unfortunately we’re talking about McCain doing something like this and he doesn’t want to upset the democrats.

Don’t forget that Obama might have access to some of McCain’s campaign secrets [stolen laptop]. If BO is tipped off, such a move could backfire if BO has some way of ‘facing’ him [even if it’s based on deception].
So perhaps it would be better if Palin talks about the Birth Certificate, or a 527 ad.
Second point: come out with this too soon, and Hillary might step in. I’ve been asking about ballot deadlines in each state. So far, no one’s had a ready answer. McCain would need to factor in the ballot deadline so anyone replacing Obama would need a write-in vote.
Obama would accuse him of desparation, and he would be correct.
I’d rather see Senator McCain:
1) Name names and give particulars as to how the Democrats, especially Obama, cause this economic mess for US. Obama sued Citibank to force them to give home loans to deadbeats, for goodness’ sake! TELL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE THIS. Bring documents and headlines to show them.
2) Articulate the links between Obama and his America-hating mentors Jeremiah Wright, Father Phlegm and Bill Ayers. Don’t be shy about informing Americans WHY this is bad — it’s not “guilt by association”, rather who the man associates with indicts his judgment and his motives. Explain this, and again, show pictures, headlines, and documents.

That could backfire on McCain if Obama later calls the bluff and produces his own valid birth certificate.
You may be right. If he had been born in Arizona it would be a different thing. But it would create doubt in peoples minds and that would be the point. Why won’t he produce his birth certificate? Why??
The citizenship of children born to US military personnel stationed in the zone was established by Congress many years ago.
As was the lack of automatic citzenship of children born to US teenage mothers who mated with foreigners and gave birth off US soil.
McCain producing his own birth certificate would be an “all in” poker move. Very effective if NoBama is indeed lying. But if NoBama can indeed produce documentation, it may backfire.
Alternatively, I imagine McCain looking into the camera, energizing his voice, and challenging “This Democratic candidate, Barack Hussein Obama, would be unable to pass an FBI background check for the lowest level security...He is incompetent to lead United States of America.”
or such.
It is time to take the ‘officer and a gentleman’ gloves off.
No doubt he should do all the things you suggested and more.
It would be an unwise move.
McCain’s CoLB states he was born in Colon, Republic of Panama, not the Canal Zone. You see, he too was born in a foreign country.
But then, maybe, that would not be a bad idea after all. He would then be thrown out on his arse, and Governor Palin can take his place.
Then who would see it? Just throwing out a subject to talk about in chat. What’s wrong with that??
No. Others in the campaign should bring this up, but
not Sen. McCain.
Why? Because it is NOT Obama’s fault where he was born.
Go after the Marxist for his failures, bad judgments,
coverups, dishonesty, evasions, etc.
THOSE are his faults and should be highlighted.
