The gay activists opposing Proposition 8 in California sure know how to sway the public…NOT! This is probably why they want to force their way of life on others through the courts. They can shut their mouth about tolerence, cuz they have nothing but hate. This poor girl, Christine Cloud, was singing “Amazing Grace” when one of the gay activists took her Bible from her and smacked her in the head with it! Thankfully the police saw this and responded!

In CA, when a police officer witnesses an assault, they do not need a complaint from the victim in order to effect an arrest. Domestic violence laws in CA actually require police to arrest, even if they did not witness the assault. Why was this POS not arrested? Just because this happened in SF?

I’m curious what might happen if this is overturned by the 9th Circuit? I can’t recall Obama’s position, but I think that he had some convoluted take on states rights. This would be unconstitutional and the Fed would have to do something I would susspect, or would the 9th Circuit be overruled by the Supremes??

The 9th Circuit couldn't be more liberal if it was hosted in Amsterdam. I'm surprised the 9th finds owning personal property to be constitutional.

Women are not a protected class under hate crime legislation. Who is? Gays for one. “These sensitive people”, then, is a reference to Gays, not the Christian young lady. “...while they hate other people” is a reference to the current behavior of Gays in reaction to the Proposition 9 that passed in California.
I think you got what I said twisted around. Nothing it it referred to the Christian young lady.
