Free enterprise at its' best, done in by the gov't! So, help me out here... I'm sure it's illegal to use one of these devices to beat a drug test, but why is it illegal to sell one? I can think of other uses for something like this (none particularly socially acceptable, but legal).

Robert Catalano and George Wills have just plead guilty in U.S. District Court for conspiring to sell the Whizzinator -- a prosthetic penis sold with a heating device and dried urine which, quite obviously, helps people fake their way through drug testsHow exactly is this illegal? People have sold "masking agents" for years.

"...for conspiring to sell the Whizzinator..." Clever marketers would have sold it under the name "Penis Envoy."

You don't pee on the United States government out of a fake penis and tell 'em it's raining.
Best. opening. line. ever.

Should have thrown themselves on the mercy of the court, perhaps going so far as to prostate themselves...
