Mark Davis opened up discussion for Obama's vaulted birth certificate. He said it was all up to the courts, but he doubted it would go anywhere.

I think what Mark was saying is that there is no law currently to compel Obama to show his birth certificate. I don’t know what that is supposed to mean. We extrapolate “You cannot buy beer until you are 21” to mean that you need to show proof of ID that you are 21. If the Constitution says you need to be 35 and a natural born citizen to be President, why can’t we extrapolate that you need to prove it, should either of the two qualifications be in question?
And if he ignores the writ, supposedly the SCOTUS will be insulted—WE WILL SEE????

Channel flipping this morning and stopped on MSNBC and they were showing a story about the Obama BC lawsuit and explained it was just a crazy rightwing small fraction of peoples that just won’t acknowledge that Obama is going to be president. The way he said it was like we are a bunch of racists! Also said this issue had been resolved months ago and we were just a bunch of lame losers that won’t accept the reality.
The Back Up Plan should have been to win the presidency and not lost 50 House Seats and 12 Senate Seats in the last two cycles.
